Message	to get the spring and spacer assembly to fit correctly, I had to grind mine down as well. The bigger problem was the TPS side of the shaft, it's too small and we had to wrap the shaft with teflon tape to get the TPS to register smoothly. Having gone through this with silver Zed and talking to Greg & Seb at last year's dyno, they said they'd also had issues with TPS fitment and voltage changes. Greg said where was minimal gain over stock TB with the 2.5" breather mods. We will test this theory this year with Mixman's silver Zed, which will be identical to mine with the exception of the throttle bodies...
